Where we ship
We ship across India, with international shipping available on request for selected products.
Dispatch & delivery time
We aim to process most orders within 6–8 business hours of confirmation. Standard delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location; remote areas may take longer. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control. You'll receive tracking details by SMS and email once your order ships, so please keep your contact number reachable.
Shipping charges
Delivery charges are calculated by destination state and shown at checkout before you pay. Temperature-sensitive items (such as injectables) ship cold-chain and may carry an additional handling charge. International orders are quoted separately.
Cold-chain & special handling
Injectables and other temperature-sensitive products are packed with gel packs in insulated packaging to maintain the cold chain in transit.
Restricted & professional items
Some professional/clinical products may require verification before dispatch. If we cannot verify eligibility, we will contact you and, if needed, cancel and refund the order.
Undelivered orders
If a courier is unable to deliver after reasonable attempts (wrong/incomplete address, unavailability, or refusal), the order may return to us. We'll contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or process a refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
